Customer Update Today, the Premier of Victoria, Dan Andrews confirmed that Victoria would move to a stage 3 Coronavirus response at midnight. This followed the Prime Minister's announcement on Sunday. The Premier sternly has reminded all Victorians to stay at home, except when buying food and essentials as infrequently as possible, getting medical care, exercising, or attending to work or learning if that cannot be done at home. All situation require social distancing. Gatherings have been limited to two people, except with members of your household. Failures to meet these requirements will result in on-the-spot fines of more than $1600.
The Company has now released an updated set of guidelines for employers, technicians and employees to assist them in managing any potential threat of COVID-19. In the current circumstances, there have been some changes in our work environment and we are limiting our bookings for repair/service but we are ensuring to support you . Last night the Government made a series of announcements to further slow the spread of the Coronavirus, our business services are considered “essential services” so we’re open and operating. With the current situation , our Crises Management Plan has been activated across our workplace which includes maintaining social distancing and exercising healthy hygiene practices.Safety of our technicians , employees and customers is our top priority.We are also ensuring all our team members who are on the road are practising healthy habits, e.g. washing hands regularly, access to sanitisers, tissues, etc.
